Originally from the Poconos, Chef Len Kelpsh learned his culinary craft from his Italian mother and Italian grandparents who also taught him about life, love, and the charms of Italian culture. He is inspired by his Italian heritage, his wife Ellen and children, and loves to feed people delicious food.
