Since 1917, the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce has served as a community connector working to build a strong, vibrant region through business, tourism, and leadership development. As the largest business membership organization in Georgetown County, the Chamber serves some 700 members comprised of thousands of employees in most every business sector. The Chamber is an independent, non-profit organization led by a dynamic group of business and tourism development professionals and a diverse group of volunteers. Along with our business partners, we work hard every day to make Georgetown County a better place to live, play, work and do business.

GKCU has been the local credit union option in Georgetown County since 1952.
