The mission of the Children’s Recovery Center (CRC) is to offer hope and healing to child abuse victims. We see children ages 0-17 who are victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse and many kinds of neglect and maltreatment. The average age of the sexual assault victim we see is 9 years old. We provide physical exams (we have two physicians with specialty training), forensic interviews (we have three forensic interviewers), advocacy (we have two children’s advocates) and education for our youngest victims of crime. Children come to the CRC by way of referral. We only accept referrals from Law Enforcement Agencies, DSS and medical providers. The CRC wants to help these children recover from their abuse while they are still children. We want them to grow into strong healthy survivors with attainable futures. We offer training and education for adults and children. We want to educate and strengthen families for a healthier Georgetown Community.

Over the 35 years of Coastal Structures existence, we have been able to establish and grow relationships with business owners, County officials, board members, architects, engineers, and homeowners. Every project has an identity of its own and we take great pride in developing productive lines of communication between all parties involved. Great things are not achieved alone and Coastal Structures tries to embody the team approach. Ensuring that everyone involved on a project is able to rely on an open line of communication, inclusive decision making, and up to date information is key to a project being labeled as a success. Taking this approach to every single job has allowed Coastal Structures to grow a reputation of being dependable, honest, and capable.

Licensed Childcare Center and preschool serving infants through 5 years old. Year round program. Open M-F 6:30am – 6:00pm.

Friendship Place will partner with all willing and capable people living in poverty in Georgetown county. We will offer one-on-one coaching to help those wanting to break the yoke of poverty.

We will extend the hand of Christian friendship by feeding the homeless and offering prayer counselors, while maintaining the flexibility to address other day-to-day unmet needs.
